Ciabatta (Vegan)
爵巴塔面包 

Easier & faster bread I make.  簡單又快捷的麵包。也無需搓揉。只要攪拌均勻就可以了。

Ingredients

Serve 2-3

Ready in 90 mins

1 cup Bread Flour

1 cup Wholemeal Flour

1 tsp Salt

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 cup like water

5 g Instand Yeast

 

Step 1

A. In a small bowl stir together yeast and water and let stand 5 minutes, or until creamy.

B. Combine flour, salt, olive oil in a large bowl. Stir everything with a wooden spoon until you have a sticky dough. Taking 15-20 mins.

Step 2

Cover tightly with plastic wrap, and let rise at room temperature until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Step3

Gently transfer sticky dough to floured surface an divide to 4 portion to the parchment sheets, dust with flour, and cover with plastic wrap. Let the loaves sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Bake for 20mins.

Step 5

Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Ready to serve.
