Banana Chocolate Pancake (Vegan)

Ingredients

Serve 6 pcs

Ready in 30mins

1 Cup All Purpose Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder or 1tbsp Corn Flour

1 Cup Coconut Milk

1tbsp Cocoa Powder

1 tsp Salt

2tbsp Maple Syrup or 2 tbsp raw Brown Sugar

2 tbsp Olive Oil

 

 

 

 

Topping

3-4 Banana

Mable Syrup

Hand Full Slices Almond & pumpkin seed (Nuts you like)

Step 1

Combine flour, maple syrup, baking powder/ corn flour and salt. Mixed well with together coconut milk and vegetable oil . The batter will be slightly lumpy. Rest for 10-15 mins.

Step 2

Scoop the batter onto the non-stick pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Pancake size approx 3″. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.

Step 3

Add topping and ready to serve.
