Ingredients

Group 1
225g Bread Flour
20g Sugar
4g Yeast
4g Salt
20g Butter / Olive Oil
140g lukewater
20g Honey
500 ml Water
Step 1
Mix Water, Yeast, Sugar and wait for 3- 5 mins
Step 2
Mix bread flour with the salt in a large bowl and add the yeast mixture.
Step 3
Knead it until the dough becomes smooth (about 10-15mins). Place dough in a bowl, cover and let rise 30mins.
Step 4
After rising punch down and divide dough into 4-6 balls. Allow to rest for 5 minutes and cover by plastic.
Step 5
Shape bagel and let it rest for 5mins.
Step 6
Add 500ml of water mix 20g honey to boil.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 200 ℃.

Drain and place on greased baking sheets.
Step 10
Bake for 15 – 18 minutes, turning once for even browning. Bagels are done when they are golden brown and shiny.
