Group1

160 All Purpose Flour

15g Sugar

2g Yeast

2g Salt

80g Lukewater

 

1/2 tbsp Coco powder

Step1

Mix well the group1 ingredients and knead until the dough smooth.

 

Step2

Separate to 2 equal dough and covered to rest for 20mins.

 

Step 3

Take a dough mix with coco powder evenly and let it rest for 20 mins.

 

Step 4

Shape the mantou

 

Step 5

Steam for 15mins from cool water.

 

Step 6

Turn off the fire and don’t open the cover for 5 mins. Ready to serve.
