皮塔饼

Ingredients

Serve 4 pcs

Ready in 30 mins

1/2 cup All Purpose Flour

3/4 cup Unbleached flour

1 tsp Salt

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 Cup Water

1 tbsp Instant Yeast

Step 1

Mix well all ingredients to a dough ( 10mins). Rest 10 mins.

 

Step 2

Divide dough into four and shape each piece into a ball.

 

Step 3

Roll each ball into a 6-inch circle.

 

Step 4

Cook on non-steal flying pan about 1-2 minute per side on medium low heat.
